International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN) is a worldwide, public celebration of lunar science and exploration held annually since 2010.  InOMN 2017 will be held on 28 October 2017. The event starts at 7PM.
There will be a Stargazer event at the Pittsville library in Pittsville Md. The event starts at 7PM. The moon will be 60% illuminated and 9 days old.
Stargazer Volunteers should contact the outreach coordinator and should show up before the event time to set up scopes.
