Becoming an Outdoors-Woman

The Delaware Division of Fish & Wildlife hosts an annual Becoming an Outdoors-Woman event to engage adult women (ages 18 and above) in outdoor recreational activities such as fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, boating, etc. Our 2019 event will be held at Lums Pond State Park (at Area 4) as an overnight camping weekend on September 20-22. Many of you may have seen the Transits of Venus and certainly the last Transit of Mercury which was became a bit cloudy in Delaware at the end. Comet Borisov is clearly an interstellar comet from outside the solar system with a speed of 33 km/s  which will increase to 44 km/s with a gravitational assist from our Sun.
